Liquid preservative with 50% of active in water solution. Broad spectrum antimicrobial activity, highly effective against Gram+ bacteria, Gram- bacteria and molds, limited activity against yeasts. Stable upto pH 12. Can be used alone in many formulations, may require combination with antifungals in more complex systems. Useful in a wide variety of cosmetics for rinse-off, leave-on and wet wipes.
